1. Agreement

By accessing or buying from Documentpsd you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).

3. Licence to use templates

Unless a product states otherwise, each purchased template is licensed to you for commercial and personal projects. You may edit it and use it in client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source files as-is, or upload them to other marketplaces.

4. Payments & wallet

Prices are shown in USD. Orders are paid from your wallet balance, which you top up via the listed crypto methods. Deposits are credited after manual review of your transaction. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, or to create material that infringes others’ rights or impersonates real organisations or individuals. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All site content and the Documentpsd brand are owned by us or our licensors. Buying a template grants the licence above — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design system.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
